You might expect that a psychic just tells you your destiny and that’s all there is to hear but that isn’t always the case and certainly isn’t the case with Mrs. Arthur. (Coach) How often are you asked how you feel, think? What your impressions are? How deep do people want you to go? I would say usually quite superficially. Most humans focus on themselves and not others so it’s actually quite rare that you will be asked many questions in a day. Count it up! How many times do the significant people in your life (partner, children, co-workers, boss, etc..) ask you meaningful and impactful questions?
By asking great questions, you are guided to your own ephinanies and solutions. Simply, that’s coaching. But more than that it’s empowering listening. However, as I said, not too many people have practice asking impactful questions, they don’t often care to listen deeply, and further to that, many people don’t care and that’s why it’s good to see a coach. Coaches provide clarity and you provide your own answers.
(Consultant) How many people do you know have special interest and knowledge in a topic you are curious about? Have they attended school for that subject matter? Have they done extensive study in the matter? Abella is a seasoned and generational business person in the fullest sense (owning her own business, being a manager, service rep, sales rep, etc..) as well has having extensive knowledge and a gift for numbers and analysis plus education in the career and work counseling and the arts. She knows people and she knows data. If any of this is what you want to be told about, she can most certainly help in a very professional capacity. And when she doesn’t know, she is very capable in researching what it is you want to know about.
(Counselor) A counselor is ultimately an emotional healer. If you find yourself crying during or after a session, that’s a good thing. And that’s whether you liked or didn’t like what she had/has to say. Why? That’s because crying is the “breakthrough” and that is what heals. Many of us has heard that crying is good and done in moderation, it often is. It’s at this time that you want to focus on what’s making you cry and to pull it a part with a fine toothed comb until you’re finished bleeding. However it’s not important to cry, some people get mad, embarrassed, and many other emotions. Those emotions lead to change and Abella is a master change agent to growth which is ultimately healing.
